Terms of use

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian's permission. You can play as a guest or with an account; you are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password private.

Do not:

• harass, threaten or bully other players, or use hate speech or sexual content in nicknames, chat, drawings or voice;
• cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or scripts to play, or interfere with the service or other players' connections;
• impersonate others, or use a nickname that is offensive or misleading;
• attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• collect other players' personal information, such as their IP address from voice chat.

Nicknames and chat are filtered automatically, which is not perfect. We may remove content, mute, or remove players or accounts that break these rules, without notice.

Nicknames, chat messages, emotes, drawings and voice are seen or heard by the other players in your room. You are responsible for what you share and must have the right to share it. You give us permission to display your nickname and game statistics on the site, for example on the leaderboard.

Voice is optional. Be aware that other players in the room can see your IP address while you are connected to voice (see the privacy policy). Do not record other players without their consent.

Glowtrail is provided free of charge and "as is". We work to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free or that rounds, statistics or accounts will never be lost. We may change, pause or end any part of it, and may reset statistics or leaderboards.

The games, design, code and artwork on the site belong to the site operator or its licensors. You may play and share links to the site, but you may not copy, resell or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us, which for a free service is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
